Agile Training Classes

Sliger Consulting, Inc. has two standard offerings:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – a two-day course that explains the Scrum framework, its principles, and practices. Actual certification is awarded later, after students pass a test given by the Scrum Alliance.

Agile Project Management – a two-day course designed for traditionally trained software project managers who are familiar with the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and want to learn more about their new role in an agile environment.

Additional courses, such as Introduction to Agile, Introduction to Scrum, Agile Coaching, and Introduction to Agile for Executives are also available as private workshops held in your own facilities.
