I hereby give Sliger Consulting, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and its affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, “Sliger”), a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, worldwide license to publish my remarks, stories, ideas, graphics, photographs, or other information communicated (a “Submission”) to Sliger through any means, including but not limited to the Internet site located at and blog and discussion boards in connection with such Internet site (collectively, the “Site”). For example (this list is not intended to be exhaustive), Sliger may use my Submission in its newsletters, marketing materials, books or presentations. I acknowledge that Sliger shall not owe me compensation in any form for a Submission or its publication of it.
In addition to the right to publish all or any portion of the Submission, Sliger is also granted under said license the following rights, without limitation: (i) the right to reproduce, (ii) the right to transfer or further license, including but not limited to the distribution via computer and networks; (iii) the right to edit, modify, adapt, arrange, improve, correct, translate, in all or in part; (iv) the right to update/upgrade by adding or removing; and (v) the right to film, perform or post the Submission in any media. I understand that a Submission to Sliger does not establish a confidential relationship or obligate Sliger to treat any Submission as secret or confidential. I acknowledge that although my name may be withheld, I may still be identifiable as a result of the content of the Submission that is published, and in such event, I agree that Sliger shall not be held responsible.
I acknowledge that my Submission, including any personally identifiable information, is voluntary. I further acknowledge that I am responsible for the content of the Submission and agree to defend (at Sliger’s option and at my sole expense), indemnify and hold Sliger harmless from any damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, which Sliger may incur as a result of my Submission. Sliger retains the right to review, edit, or delete from the Site any Submission that Sliger in its sole discretion considers, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. I acknowledge that Sliger has no obligation to respond to or publish a Submission made to the Site or by any other means.
I hereby represent and warrant that that: (i) I either own or control all of the rights to the content in a Submission or I have obtained permission from the owner of the content to present the Submission, and (ii) that I have received all necessary permissions from any person mentioned in a Submission to submit such information to the Site (or by any other means) to be used by Sliger. I further represent that I am of legal age and have read this license and fully understand its contents.
I agree that access to and use of the Site and this license are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. I acknowledge that any legal action or proceeding relating to my access to, or use of, the Site or this license shall be instituted only in a state or federal court located in the State of Colorado. I further agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, such courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
