Hearing Others’ Lightbulb Moments Led to Mine

I was very uncomfortable with my role and until I attended Michele’s session at the Better Software Conference I always thought I wasn’t “doing enough” on the team. After listening and absorbing her words I realized I was doing everything right. By being there for my team, creating a collaborative environment, ensuring open communications, and making sure the product owner prioritizes properly I was doing my job exactly and facilitating Agile.
