When is the CSM Test Coming Out?

Dear Agilista,
I hear that going to two days of Scrum training isn’t going to be enough anymore to get certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM), and that now we have to pass a test. Is this true? When is this test going to come out?

Dear TEST,
Yes, indeed, the Scrum Alliance is going to require that folks who’ve been through the two-day Scrum class taught by its Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) must now take and pass a test on Scrum basics before they can obtain their designation as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
